Refund Policy

Pace Parts and Salvage sells both new replacement parts and selected stripping-stock salvage components. Return eligibility depends on the type of item ordered and the condition disclosed on the product page.

Before you order

Please confirm the vehicle application, manufacturer part number (MPN) where shown, and the condition stated on the listing before you complete your purchase.

New replacement parts

Most non-mechanical new parts may be returned within 7 days of delivery or collection, provided that the item has not been installed or used, is returned in its original condition, and includes original packaging and labels where possible.

Major components such as engines, gearboxes, and similar assemblies may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery or collection, subject to inspection and approval.

Used or stripping-stock components

Used salvage and stripping-stock items are sold according to the condition disclosed on the relevant product page. Because condition can vary by component, please confirm suitability and compatibility with our team before purchase.

If a used or stripping-stock item is incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially not as described, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, the part details, and supporting photos where applicable.

Returns we can review

  • The wrong item was supplied
  • The item is damaged, defective, or materially not as described
  • The item otherwise meets the return conditions stated above

Returns we may decline

  • Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery or collection
  • Items returned in a different condition from when they were supplied
  • Returns that do not match the product condition or compatibility information confirmed before purchase

Approved returns are inspected before a refund, replacement, or other resolution is confirmed.
