Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pace Parts and Salvage. This policy outlines how orders are fulfilled, including collection and delivery options.

1. Order Fulfilment Options

We currently offer the following fulfilment methods:

  • Customer collection (primary option)

  • Customer-arranged courier collection

We do not offer in-house or managed delivery services at this time.

2. Collection (Recommended)

Customers are welcome to collect their orders directly from our premises:

Please contact us in advance to confirm that your order is ready for collection.

3. Customer-Arranged Courier

Customers may arrange their own courier or transport service to collect their order.

Please note:

  • Orders will only be released once full payment has been received

  • The courier must collect from our Pomona location

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and costs

  • The customer must ensure the correct item is booked and collected

  • Risk transfers to the customer once the item has been handed over to their courier

4. Packaging

We ensure that all items are securely packaged and ready for collection.
If specific packaging requirements are needed, these must be requested in advance.

5. Liability

Once an order has been collected by the customer or their appointed courier:

  • Pace Parts and Salvage is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays in transit

  • Any claims relating to shipping must be directed to the appointed courier

6. Assistance with Couriers

We may assist by suggesting courier options if requested. However:

  • The booking must be made by the customer

  • The courier agreement remains between the customer and the courier provider

7. Order Issues

Please inspect your item upon collection or delivery.
